What is a digital planner? A digital planner is a PDF you write on using a tablet and stylus (like an iPad and Apple Pencil) inside an app such as GoodNotes or Notability. It works just like a paper planner, but it’s reusable, searchable, and always with you.

What do I need to use a Flora Studio planner?

• A tablet (iPad, Android tablet, or Windows tablet all work)
• A stylus with palm rejection (Apple Pencil, S Pen, etc. — recommended but not required)
• A note-taking app such as GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, or Xodo

How do I receive my planner after purchase?

It’s an instant digital download. You’ll get access to the PDF file immediately after checkout — no shipping, no waiting.

Using Your Planner

Which app should I use?

We recommend GoodNotes or Notability for the smoothest experience with hyperlinked tabs and navigation. Our planners are compatible with all major digital planning apps.

How do I import the planner into GoodNotes or Notability?

• Download the PDF to your device.
• Open GoodNotes or Notability.
• Use the app’s Import button (not “Open” from your files app or browser) and select the PDF.
• The planner will open inside the app, where your notes save automatically.

Why aren’t my notes saving?

This is almost always caused by writing on the PDF outside a dedicated notes app — for example:

On iPad: if you open the PDF with a quick tap from Files, Mail, or Safari, it may open in Quick Look, which is a temporary preview — not a saved file. Import it into GoodNotes or Notability instead (see steps above).

On laptop/browser: if you open the PDF directly inside Chrome, Edge, or Safari’s built-in viewer, any writing won’t save back to the file. Download the PDF first, then open it in the Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop app, and use File → Save (or Ctrl/Cmd + S) after filling it in.

Once it’s open inside a proper app (GoodNotes, Notability, or Acrobat Reader desktop), your notes will save continuously.

Can I use it on more than one device?

Yes — once it’s imported into your notes app and synced to your account (like a GoodNotes or iCloud account), it will typically sync across your devices through that app.

Can I print it?

Yes, though the planner is designed for digital use, and printing will lose interactive features like clickable tabs.

I bought the wrong planner / didn’t receive my download — what do I do?
